Dear homeowner;
Welcome to your new home. This letter is regarding the one-year builders warranty for your home.
The process for requesting work to be done in your home is explained below.
Your request must be made in writing. You can mail it in, fax it to 801 (337-00411), you can e-mail it to Valerie at vwillerton@wadman.com or you can access the link from our website at www.wadmanhomes.com. I have also included 2 copies of the request form with this letter.
After the request is received, it will be given to the project manager to schedule the work. Once the work is scheduled you will receive a copy of your request with the date and time the repair is scheduled for. We will get the work scheduled as soon as we can. We request you allow up to thirty (30) days for this work to be performed. It may take longer if there are any unforeseen conditions.
After the work is performed you will receive a follow-up call to be sure the item was corrected.
Wadman Homes requests that the homeowner be present when any work is being performed. If this is not an option, we have a release form you will need to sign for us to come perform the work.
